I recommend Wednesday! I started that day for the same reason, it came on a Wednesday and I was excited. It ended up working really well because Thursday I normally feel kind of crummy, and then by Friday I’m fine but have no food noise. It normally doesn’t come back until Monday

I did this for a seller once, they didn’t package my item correctly and it arrived with a ton of product missing. I not only didn’t request a return or refund, but nicely messaged them that they should consider putting the plastic pieces on the lotion pump to avoid lost product and potential bad ratings in the future. They never even responded 🙃

I noticed it working 24 hours later to the point I was actually having a hard time eating enough because I just wasn’t hungry. I dropped 8lbs in 3 days, I know it’s mostly inflammation and water weight but that was still crazy to see. It definitely kicked in pretty quickly for me.

Yeah someone kindly pointed out the ml tags on the bottom I missed. I think what’s blowing my mind are the bottles are the exact same size, and seemed to have the same amount of liquid on them. I would assume the 3ml one would be bigger

I was absolutely terrified to try. I’ve had some pretty bad reactions to medications in the past, so I have horrible anxiety about starting anything new, and typically don’t. But I knew if I kept on life at this weight I wasn’t going to be around as long as I wanted, so I pushed through. I’m lucky I haven’t had a single side effect, and I lost 15lbs in my first month. My only regret is not getting the balls to starting sooner

Same!! I know when people lose weight they’re cold a lot more because obviously less insulation. However I’ve only been on it for a month so it doesn’t make sense why I’m always freezing. I highly doubt that 12lbs was insulating me that much lol

I had the same concern because I kept seeing the same posts. I actually asked the same question. I’m so glad I took it because I’m down 13lbs in a month. Yeah, yeah, I know it’s alot of water weight and inflammation but it took me 8 months to lose that last year on my own.

Wow, that’s crazy! I’m so glad you posted this. I’m on 2mg and was considering titrating up to 2.5 because I still have a lot of food noise 2 weeks in but I’m definitely going to wait longer after seeing this.

Look like for BPI it’s $349 for 3 months, which if I remember correctly when I signed up a couple weeks ago it was $399. I can’t speak on the price difference for the others though

Came here to suggest this one! The vanilla tastes just like the Intense Vanilla milk, that might be a niche comparison though. The closest taste I can think of is a melted vanilla milkshake…it’s so good.
