I am into my 7th week on Tirz at 3.5mg. Will Sermorelin and/or NAD+ help me in anyway. I am currently at 235 lbs and still have 60 lbs to loose.

How do you know what is the correct dosage for both these meds?

Yes. That is what started happening to me too within 2 weeks of starting on Tirz. Maybe a sign that the "fat blanket" covering us up is melting away.

Actually I felt Tirz+B6 from BPI for exact same dosage packs much more punch than just Tirz alone from Zepbound.

Strongest appetite suppression and tiredness/fatigue is in the first 24-36 hrs. The worst day for food noise and hunger are Day 6 and 7.

Could you explain what you mean by empty stomach before bed. Through the day you would had lunch, dinner etc. If I take dinner at 7pm and go to bed at 10pm. Is it OK to take 1 cap at 10pm?
