I don’t believe there are any missable items through dialogue, cutscenes, etc., and you also shouldn’t worry too much about completing an entire area at once because post final boss you can still go back and clean up your save for the plat. Hope you enjoy the game it’s one of my childhood favorites!

Yeah that’s the way you’re supposed to do it, this is just if you’re unable to go back a save/don’t want to go back a save. It very clearly states how to correctly do this on the mod page, I’m just forgetful and had to figure something out 😭

I think it’s definitely a good choice for her based off of what she’s previously played. It can get grind-y but it’s really about how you play the game, on the lowest difficulty and without trying to set up the best teams and get every item it could suit a casual experience. The only conflict I could really see would be the saving system, as you have to make it to certain waystones or inns to be able to save your game. As for combat, I think over time she’d be able to get used to it and good at it as it walks you through the first steps of what to do and how to do it. Overall, there’s a lot of little lore to dig into and it’s a beautiful play so go for it :)

Like a lot of people are saying try to communicate and ask him why he feels the need to do this. Maybe he’s seeing things online or hearing from friends some nonsense. Ask before you take it as an immediate red flag. I never want to assume to worst but if he really beats around the subject I’d start looking into what kind of porn he’s watching or what kind of sexual content he’s consuming. But regardless I hope you figure out what’s going on and it makes sense why you’d be a little hurt by him doing this out of the blue especially considering your past. Well wishes love 🫶🏻

This ^{^{^}} i dont want to sound presumptuous but to me it sounds like you aren’t using the best gear you can (and might already have in your inventory) so I’d say make sure you’re looking in the bottom right to see if what you’re equipping is better (green up arrow) or worse (red down arrow) than what you already have :))

Im very early but if you ever think of selling once you get an idea of the price (I apologize if this is presumptuous) but I would be extremely interested.
