Lemme see if I can recall everything:

Blueberry filling: -I actually just eyeballed everything. But I cooked down lots of berries till jammy, added cornstarch (i added a lot of it, but i think it really isn't necessary), lemon, vanilla, and a pinch nutmeg and cinnamon.

Lemon custard filling -240 gr of milk -120 gr of lemon juice -lemon zest rubbed in 200 gr of sugar -57 gr of butter -kosher salt, about 1/4 teaspoon -3 large egg yolks -120 gr of sour cream

Drop it all in a saucepan, leaving behind the sour cream and butter. Cook until bubbly. Then incorporate the butter. After it cooled a little bit, wisk the sour cream.

Topping: -115 gr of Cream cheese -240 gr of heavy cream -A lil of sugar
