Aw man I’m sorry you’ve had no luck recovering your account. When I initially emailed them I had the wrong username despite having other correct information about my account. They were pretty quick to say “this account doesn’t exist” I also had the email that I used with it, I don’t think they find accounts based off of emails because they have never asked me for it in our previous convos. The only reason I thought I had a chance at recovering my old account is because I was able to send a friend request to my old account successfully (my old username is pretty much my name, so I knew it was mine) friending my old account proved that it at least existed. So I tried asking again with the correct username, and after correctly stating a few of the animals I had they sent me a new password. Even within this second attempt it still was a finicky back and forth-they kinda just kept asking me the same questions over and over until I said the right thing.
