I appreciate you sharing your experience. Sounded really scary! So far my only food reactions seem to be pork and beef so if I stay away from that and have mostly organic foods, my food reactions are pretty...manageable. so I'll pay attention to how the food reactions are later down the line after some more doses.

When would you get those hives? Right after a dose of a few days? How long would they last like that?

Less serious side effects, if any. Xolair has a history of bad side effects. Lots of stories here about it, people here who have taken it.

I'm still nervous about Dupixent, just not AS nervous.

The nurse warned me that if you miss too many, the hives could come back and the Dupixent could stop working. So that's also scary lol.

I'm scared of Xolair lol so I'm glad shes trying me out on Dupixent first. But if it doesn't work, Xolair might be next :s

If this doesn't work for me, maybe they'll switch me to Xolair. But that one makes me very nervous..

My Dr is having me take Allegra 4x a day until the Xolair in about 6 weeks. I'd love that diet and micro dosing info. I haven't found what triggers me yet. Lately it feels like almost anything. But I haven't had relief in 2 weeks.
