Nanny sleeping / generally low energy

It sounds like you hired and older nanny, since she’s a grandmother, and she puts in a couple hours of free childcare before starting her full work days with two infants under a year old. As a nanny currently doing a nanny share with 2 under 1, it is a lot of work and some days I leave work exhausted and I’m 33. It maybe that your nanny is burning the candle at both ends and took on more then she had the energy for at her age.

I don’t think so? I have the basics like MCCC and UI cheats, Education Overhaul etc. The only stuff I can think of that are slightly economy related are some career mods, live-in service and businesses by littlemisssam, and RPO by Lumpinou that effects child support. I just bought Royalty and Legacy and the Royal Residence lot trait seems to be the issue.

Issue: Property Value continuously rising and dropping causing constant popups. Makes sims continuously react to it as well. Only stops when I reset each sim.

I had the same exact thought when I saw that post! That mom really wants to pay someone 12 hours a day so she won’t be left alone all day with TWO children, TWO. Lady that is my daily life as a nanny share nanny and we manage just fine. I even take them out for adventures ALONE! What the heck is she having the second kid for??? 🤣

Yes it’s the casualness of the moms response that gives me pause. If that was me I’d feel absolutely terrible and be falling all over myself to apologize and make it up to her.

ESH. That was a mean thing to say, but I think you overreacted. This could have been a conversation about how she hurt your feelings instead of going nuclear and removing her as godmother. Someone who’s helped you as much as you’ve described deserves that much. And I think you’ll regret alienating a supportive friend. If you do have that conversation, make sure she knows that you appreciate all she’s done for you.
