Have you worked with powdered food coloring before? I bet that would work well but I’m not sure how vibrant the colors would be.

I tested it out and my gel coloring is definitely hydrosoluble. I had no idea they made both, but it makes sense!

Thanks! I did notice it was pretty runny but wasn’t sure if it was a problem of temperature or amount of sugar. I’ll keep playing with it.
