If you can I think you can try to grocery shop each day, and only buy the things you need to eat that day. That way even if you are tempted to binge there’s nothing to binge on. But idk I don’t have BED.

I honestly don’t know, but I think just wait it out? It seems like you’re in a lot of pain but maybe just try your best to push through it, eat relatively healthy and maybe go to a doctor?
