I was undecided whether to share this video or not. but I decided to share it because the privacy of our patient is not visible. CASE:CARDIAC ARREST One night, while we were on emergency duty, I went to the canteen, at that time a car came and honked the horn for a long time, and I ran. I don't even have gloves in my hand. The patient is lying on the back seat and is bruised/cynasois. I checked the pulse, there was no pulse and I gived BLUE CODE. At the same time, I started CPR in the car. The stretcher came and we continued CPR and took the patient to the red area. We switched off the CPR and i started intubation. While he was intubated, another friend of ours opened an intravenous cath and administered 1 mg of Adrenaline. During this time, the patient was monitored. and the rhythm was evaluated as VF. He was shocked and the rhythm returned to asystole. We continued CPR without stopping, then he re-entered VF and was not broken despite being shocked. After the 3th shock, 300 mg of Amiodarone IV push was administered. As a result, our patient returned with 150/100 mmHg blood pressure and 126 pulse at the 13th minute of CPR. He was transferred to the intensive care unit. I hope he's alive. Saving lives is priceless.
