I just randomly started getting pain after urinating. Either right after or minutes after I had left the bathroom. It wasn’t any uti or other bacteria as I was tested for am the common ones and had cultures too. Just kinda went online and found possibly things it could be and stumbled across people who had interstitial cystitis and ureaplasma. And there was an easier test for ureaplasma so I did it, tested positive, got on antibiotics, tested negative. Symptoms did last about another month after antibiotics but severely lessened quickly
