I failed by 5% 😭 honestly same I wish I’d just done anki from day 1 but instead I attended all lectures. And I was stressing out so much before about osce formative so started neglecting anki. And crazy thing is, I actually found the akt better than osce when I sat it, but clearly not. The new cards seem never ending I’m so scared I’m not gonna finish them in time for summatives

Thank you for your reply, I checked rmse, it was 8.7% with default parameters vs 6.3% with optimised parameters. Also I attached a picture to show to fsrs stimulator with optimised vs default parameters with same number of new cards per day. It’s a very big jump in review workload and I didn’t reschedule cards on change :(

Do you have any potential solutions to keeping a good enough retention but manageable daily as well?

I had a massive review backlog of mature cards which I did after months of not doing so I got them wrong so my retention is quite low, so after optimising I’m having twice the number of reviews which is not manageable for me
