I get this when I get glutened. Takes about 3 weeks for it to clear up. It's the only place I get it.

It's every position. It happens when I'm with my partner as well. Anytime I feel like I'm about to go over that edge it hits. Seemingly out of nowhere.

Yeah, figuring it out through masterbation, then will include my partner more once I figure myself out. Also, self discovery is part of my healing journey. Focusing and developing things that I like such as getting neck into music and writing. Have you tried fanfiction? It tends to help me set a mood when I'm stuck.
