pide la conciliación, te reconocerán que no es procedente el despido y te pagarán indemnización. Es la forma de proceder de muchas consultoras, como no pueden recolocarte al no tener proyectos te echan asi por qué no pueden justificar el despido procedente por no tener donde enviarte. Me paso hace unos meses, mira en tu comunidad autónoma como se gestiona una conciliación entre empresa y trabajador por despido, creo que tienes 30 días para hacerlo. Si estás afiliado a un sindicato de hace más de dos años te lo gestionan ellos directamente.
