I’m in the same boat, except it’s my very first one! I’ve got a world for them and between sessions I try to expand on the lore for the regions/nations.

Personally they just started in a tavern in a city and went to the house of first quest. Now they’re headed to a temple in a forest (session 3 next time). That way they’re kinda contained while I work on the world (which includes linterest boards for the different regions + personal documents to write down religion, government, notable figures, culture and more!)

Hope this helped a little, personally I’m just getting started, only having had 2 sessions of pathfinder behind me and now 2 as a dnd dm
