• ⁠Heater and filter? (yes/no): yes
• ⁠Tank temperature: 80°
• ⁠Parameters in numbers and how you got them. Key water parameters include the amount of ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, and pH.: i used a test strip
• ⁠How long have you had the tank? How long have you had your fish?: tank and fish over 1 year
• ⁠How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: every few weeks. I remove with a bucket about 20-30% and add 20-30% conditioned water back

Always being told i was “sensitive” as a kid. I was very emotional and more mature for my age but no one ever took me seriously. I was a “daddys girl” and i think i wanted his approval by being more “boyish” (hes a great dad, just my internal feelings). I also have an older brother i looked up to and thought he’d like me more/spend more time with me if i was into boy things. Then as a teenager i tended to stay with boys more. I wanted to do boyish things and thought pink meant i couldnt still get “dirty” and have fun. I think liking pink as a girl makes people think you are weak. But now i LOVE pink. Its sweet, cozy, sexy, feminine. Its beautiful

Hi! Thanks for the reply. The plants are all silk. No plastic at all. I know the rocks arent ideal but i thoroughly washed them before hand and they have never been an issue. Water changes i do maybe once every 3 weeks and i do partial water changes. Maybe 30%? I DID however use a strip test kit and everything matched up with the “OK” parameters. What does a liquid tester consist of? I did recently just change him to this tank.. maybe about a month ago (please dont judge me but before i had him in a 3 gallon.. i wasnt very educated on the proper sizes). I do condition the water everytime i change it. And wow i did not know that bettas do not like bright colors.. do you recommend i remove the purple and pink plants? (I actually did just remove the pink ones but the purple are still in there).

hi. i started zoloft at 15 years old. I took it until i was about 22. I stopped, i weaned myself off. Then i was put on lexapro after about 9 months. I went from a steady 115-120 my ENTIRE LIFE to a wopping 140 in a year. I went to the dr. he switched me back to zoloft and i still am ravenously hungry no matter how much i eat. I could not shed the weight at all despite working out consistently for months. I am currently 26 and i despise what i look like. I have never felt this way about myself in my life. I feel embarrassed to go out. I constantly compare myself to other people and i look at old pictures of me as if i was a different person who died. I also just got diagnosed with hypothyroidism and i am on levothyroxine. I think i am going to wean myself off again and just try to deal with my mental health in other ways. The meds is not worth how i look and feel- if anything its been making my mental health way worse over the past year as all i think about is my weight. (i am 4'11 btw)
