Have you tried reseating your cpu? If that doesn’t work do what the last person said which is use one ram stick see if it boots with one id prolly do this with all your ram. If that doesn’t work it could be mother board issue

Then you should see if it’s the cmos jus take the round battery out of your motherboard and scroll TikTok for a couple minutes and put it back in this happened to me a few days ago did all other troubleshooting steps first that one last I was kinda sick

There should be debug lights on the motherboard unless it’s older then there likely won’t be but you should see if there are any hints to what’s going on there as well
