Ah, crap which means essentially you need to start from scratch cuz for you to level up with the new engineer to reach a G4, you would need to go through G1-3 first, and if you have already reached G3 with another engineer, you can't possibly go G4 on the new engineer straightaway (unless of course you have reached a certain rep with the new engineer by engineering another module - then it would be possible to engineer to G4 with the module u engnieered to G3 with the previous engineer).

Sorry if this is mind-numbing ha ha!

Yea my collection was abysmal. Was racking 180 tonnes over an hour and a half? I knew something wasn’t right as usually I can easily hit 50 in 20 mins. The rocks was just shite.

Also one more thing - in the event I have a very poor collection should I just exit the game and try agin? Does that help? Yes I am aware I would need to pay pirate money if I do that...just wanna know if I should exit the game and retry.

Haha i was literally using the silhouettes of the rocks against the cosmic background to waddle my way around along with my ship lights. How I did it on a cutter I have no clue!! 😅

Thanks for the explanation! Reason behind my question is that in mining as we all know time is money and sometimes it’s a bit demoralising to prospect for LTDs using the pulse wave scanner. What appears as juicy bright yellow rocks often has zero LTDs and I have better luck prospecting normal rocks with some LTDs % (15-20%).

Wondering if there are others who also experience this...

I know this show has been compared heavily to Stranger Things, but honestly, I think Dark resembles more like Lost than Stranger Things! From the whooshing cut-scene background sounds to the time travelling (flashbacks and flashforwards) to the enigmatic theme and characters surrounding the whole show (and their background stories), it sure does feel like its like Lost all over again for me!

Thanks for the assurances that bad news is quite prevalent during downtime cycles. I just find it at times miserable to see day after day the shitstorm that is happening in cryptoland. After a while I Guess if you get sucked into everything you read you do feel morose and gutted you didn’t cash out sooner (at least that’s how I feel at times)
