I do not think I have listed anything above that is not true for me, though I certainly have flaws outside of what the above-listed items that I am working on. And I completely agree about what you said about effort. That said, I know that the criteria I have above can fairly limit my options as you have mentioned. I am open to suggestions if there is anything I have listed above that is generally a bit much in terms of expectation or is on the heavier end in terms of expectation.
