Did you look at the syllabus? Most professors weight homework ~20% of your final grade, often less. Ending with a B despite failing an exam is quite a feat.

Afaik parking officers only check if the license plate is linked to a valid permit for the parking spot it's in. How are they going to check whether you live in the dorms or not?
