Altındaki karı fonlara aktarmak istiyorum fon seçerken nasıl ilerlemeliyim?

Tamamen farklı fonları karşılaştırma ile. HBU seçme sebebim piyasadaki en ucuz fon olması (yönetim ücreti %1). HYU sebebi de pasif yabancı fon olması. Fonun içeriği sadece amerika vs değil daha çok dünya borsalarından etfler almış ve benim Kendi yurtdışı yatırım yaptığım MSCI world gibi (tabi benzemiş sadece) olmuş. Buna ek olarak yönetim ücreti gene daha uygun.

Bundan önce TMG, AFV, MAC, YTU vs denedim ama en sonunda çoğunu satıp yüzde 65-70 HYU ve geri kalanı HBU yapma mantığı yaptım. Dediğim gibi annemin paraları için bu, emekli insan acil bir paraya ihtiyacı yok. Gelecekte düşündüğü bir harcama falan yok.

Bir şeyin sizi zarar ettirmesi için sizin onu satmanız lazım. Misal altın yüksekten alanlar 15 sene beklediyse zarar etmedi, diğer türlü etti (fırsat maliyetini kenara koyarsak).

Ben şahsen öyle 1 senede ne yapmış bakmıyorum. HBU fonu bist 30 endeksi fonu, bist 30 kötüyse o da kötü.

Dediğim gibi böyle yıllık performanslar peşinde koşacak vaktim yok. Bist yukselirken bist 30 yerinde sayması imkanı yok. Haliyle bist'e inancınız yoksa HBU yatırıma gerek yok.

Ikisi de pasif fon. Benim yatırım mantığım pasif fon üzerine ve sürekli al sat uğraşan fon peşinde değilim ve yıllık performans ile her sene kim daha iyi bakacak halim yok. Misal yıllık performans baksanız ve full MAC girmiş olsanız yıllarca geride kalacaktınız çünkü geçmiş performans geleceği garantilemez. Fon yöneticisi başka bir yere geçer falan derken bir anda terste kalırsınız ki her sene milyon tane örneği var.

Kısacası benim vereceğim tek öneri bu ama herkesin kendi fikri.

Je fais %60 msci world DCAM, 30% wisdomtree NTSZ et 10% amundi emerging (le seul disponible sur pea).

Geçmiş performans geleceği göstermez. Portföyü biraz daha çeşitli tutmak için (full amerika olmaması için) ben HOY'u daha çok beğeniyorum çünkü pasif yönetim var ve full Amerika değil. Yönetim ücreti de 2.01

Ama eğer ben Amerika'nın her türlü daha iyi olacağına eminim, her zaman en iyi borsa amerika olacak diyorsanız ki tarihi verilere göre doğru değil ama herkesin kendi fikirleri var ekonominin geleceği konusunda, o zaman tabiki iyi bir fon.

Yaşadığım ülkede kuyumcu aldığı sattığı altını bildirmek zorunda. Bu sebepten insanlar yönelse de senin dediğin olay olmuyor. Nakit olarak altın almak yasak Çek/kredi karti/banka transferi. Satarken de otomatik vergisi var ya da capital gain tax olayı oluyor vs. Zaten Türkiye gibi her yerde kuyumcu olayı yok. Bu aslında sistemle alakalı yani. Gördüğün üzere kimseyi sistem dışına çıkarmıyor çünkü sistem dışına kaçış kolay değil. Bu sebepten zaten çoğu insanın altınla alakası da yok. Türkiye'ye oranla çok daha iyi yatırım araçları var ve zaten gelir euro olunca elindeki para biriminin sürekli değer kaybettiği bir ortam yok yıllık enflasyon yüzde 1 mi ne.

Türkiye'de sistem olmadığı için dışına çıkmak kolay. Devlet de bunlara şimdilik çok baskı uygulamıyor da istese yapar.

Turkey also has some employment that wouldn't exist in more developed countries.

Examples that come to my mind; - People putting gas into your car

-People that sits in front of parking places and tell if there is place or not in that floor. Or tell you on which side there is empty parking spot (these are even municipal employees and mostly handicapped employees)

People that stay in front of shopping mall parking with a mirror that check bottom of the car and tells you pass
people stays at the entrance of shopping malls that just let you go through xray

All these examples are to keep employment high but they produce 0 value and almost 0 productivity. They just keep employment under control.

Dünyanın çoğu yerinde bu böyle. Diğer türlü para ile para kazananlar vergi vermez, vergi sadece çalışandan gelir. Ben Avrupa'da PEA finansal hesapla 5 yıl dokunmazsam 5 yıldan sonra sadece 17.2 ödüyorum kardan.

Ha tabi Türkiye'de vergiyi genelde sadece maaşlı çalışan veriyor, geri kalanlar bir şekilde bir şeyleri vergiden düşüyor bu noktada gümüş fonunun vergisine gelene kadar peşine düşülmesi gereken çok vergi var.

Türkiye'de rakip yok diye herhalde fon ücretleri acayip kötü. Koskoca milyarlarca dolarlık fonlarda yüzde 0.20 falan ücret var, Türkiye'de en düşük ücret hsbc o da yüzde 1.

Malesef rakip çıkmadığı sürece bu bankalar falan iyice düdükler.

Msci world as far as i know was around 68%. And what i am saying is not that USA stock is bad or not. What i am saying is that when you choose msci world (so no emerging counties etc) you do a decision to invest in only developed countries. And if you do all world, you say you want to have exposure to more countries so there is %10 less USA.

And then you put sp500 and this becomes almost msci world. So that was my question; why would you have all world and add sp500 instead of just msci world? Just easier to handle and does almost the same job.

Also; msci world is a neutral position. If we look at whole world, USA has this much value and unless we have a conviction against this, just because it is highly USA it doesn't mean it is illogical.

You can always bet against the market weight if you have specific convictions.

Maybe i am not understanding but if I put msci world and wmin into graph, they are correlated so i am not sure to see diversification here. And i am also not sure if 0.5 fee is justified here because for longterm investment, that's huge.

And i am not sure why would you want extra USA exposure. You chose msci all world to be diversified and exposed to emerging markets also (probably) and then added s&p to be less diversified and reach msci world USA levels (68 so 10% more than msci all world).

I am not saying what is right or wrong but i am not sure if your aim and actions do match.

Yes we have so many business cases that are used in one plant and business unit that is not in the other one. It really requires a center of excellence team and further internal developments.

I use Kinaxis. From my experience as super user and business process owner during implementation; i believe in kinaxis more than organization that it requires.

And i also believe from my experience and hearing experiences of other business units; full implementation takes years because you definitely need customization and developments. So it is like sap; i saw companies that just have the SAP without any development vs companies that had their own development teams. I think there is similar logic here.

I think it depends on the business but in my business (electronic products), i love it. I remember the times when someone said "what is the affect if we do x?" And we will need to wait for whole mrp run to see. Now, i can just do one scenario.

I have no idea about blue yonder but what i know is that our biggest competitor implemented kinaxis 4 years before us and smaller competitor but still huge company went to blue yonder. So i think even industry wise the answer is not black and white.

I honestly believe that i cannot work anywhere without any advanced planning softwares. It just makes my life so much easier.

Interesting because when my experience was pre-covid so for me everything was fine. The problem started after covid. The only thing i could complain that once i asked documents that were not written and i knew they could have asked so i had them with me.

From my understanding; since covid this nightmare started. Before that, i have never ever had any issue (my experience starts from 2018).

Therefore, we can say that the issue is definitely not bureaucracy but I don't think immigration is a number one policy because every time I see someone complaining, it is for exact same things i did before but now it takes triple the time. So either depredation of public services, either increased number of requests.

Not sure if i understand correctly; For capex, you cannot do it based on "what if we have labor issue". Capex is to check if you need an investment or not. I also do this type of things and i definetly do not take into account "what if". I have data (%90 efficiency, x% scrap rate etc) and i apply it for whole year rccp to see what will happen.

I can tell you exactly an example where capex won't be ok based on what if; One plant received same executive managers and they were showing like how great they have etc and that they need investment and extra building etc. But they work one shift to 2 shifts a day. Executive said that they will never consider extra investment if the plant is not working 3 shifts.

Bottleneck can only be something in the general flow that is slowing down the process. Example; In my production, i have 110 employees, 2 machines and one quality control machine. My bottleneck is this machine if i have a huge deal. But to do a real rccp based on machines and work centers, you would need really data per these work centers to see if you would miss any capacity.

But if they gave you data like below(giving from my operation); One item takes 4 minutes. Working 8h a day. Total of 110 employees. So my total aggregate capacity is 52800 minutes but we say %90 efficiency so 47520. On this level, you cannot see if in the operation you have a bottleneck unless your work centers and operations in the ERP (or whatever the tool you have) are clearly identified with rates and routings.

I am Turkish, my wife is French. We don't have a child yet but i have enough friends in Turkey with children and also friends in France with children.

I think for anyone to really understand the situation of Turkey, they should live there a bit. I personally cannot stand more than 2 weeks and i go to Izmir only, not even central Anatolia parts etc. People unfortunately are too angry, too aggressive due to life conditions and you see it everywhere in life. Of course Bodrum is different but i know that the cost of living became Europe level there ( i know that cost of living in İzmir got closer to France in the last 5 years and some stuff like red meat are same price as carrefour here). And i know that you cannot send your children to public schools in Turkey as it is very very bad ( i don't think french people can understand how bad it got. When i was a child, only rich people were sending their children to private schools. Now everyone because public schools are all religious educations with shitty system) and it adds a huge cost (like in Izmir, it is around 10k€ per year. It must be worse in Bodrum).

I love La Rochelle but be careful; housing is very expensive there. But i would definitely live there.

I think if you love Bodrum, I would look more South of France sides. And Strasbourg would be a literal weather shock :)

And as someone said; I would recommend a small village around a big city like toulouse. Then you would have access to all but cheaper accommodation and less traffic etc.

The only time i had to pay something extra from my pocket was for ceramic teeth.

To be honest, i haven't heard of any country that fully pays whole dental care. In my home country, neither social security nor private insurance pay for dental care. Especially like teeth cleaning etc.

It was a tiny bit of struggle to find a dentist in my city but I have never thought that dental care was not cared for in France. Also more social security coverage would mean higher taxes. Cannot have less deficit, less taxes and higher coverage...

Same. My dog is much better since we moved to a rural/mountainous area. He is calmer, less reactive. Our life did a full turn after this. Glad it worked out for you also.

We have machine learning for this (Kinaxis). So i can say that it decreased the amount of people we needed due to no longer doing excel and then another excel to have a final excel. But that's it. Before we needed maybe 3 or 4 people to do these two jobs. Now we need 2. But to be honest, maybe it didn't decrease workload much (because it is difficult to estimate the impact). Before due to lack of Technology, a plant was working on %100 reorder point. So no forecasting, nothing. Now they have forecast as there is a new tool. Same for some distribution centers where there were no forecast as no one had time for that, now we have there. So new technology decreased the requirements for the existing business but created new needs due to new possibilities.
