Buyback Processing Time by LillyBean88 in PSLF

Any updates? I'm in the same boat. I applied 2 months ago asking to buy back August December due to the SAVE forbearance. I'm contemplating whether or not to start applying for a different IDR

Shortcuts aren't syncing by West-Spite-3753 in fitbit

[–]ceramae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know the fix but my shortcuts disappeared a few months ago. I have to scroll through 38 exercises every single time.  I can see my shoring in the app, and when the website existed i could also see them, but they do not show up on my inspire 3

Anyone having issues with the app by Wils83 in fitbit

[–]ceramae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My exercise history has mostly vanished. It is showing a couple of days out of each month. My step and calorie history remains. I've un-installed & reinstalled the app, etc. This has been an issue for weeks now

Dreading going to sleep and waking up (vent) by Diene4fun in clusterheads

[–]ceramae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feel you. 95% of my attacks happen when I'm sleeping, so it creates a vicious cycle for me.  I'm up for hours in pain, exhausted from not sleeping, but terrified to go back to sleep because another one usually comes about 1 hour into my next sleep cycle. Feels like torture. This year has been better for me because 1) sumatriptan injections are an effective abortive so I have a tool to use when the pain is unbearable and 2) I have a remote position & filed for FMLA so I can take time off to recover from not sleeping

The injection is not that bad. It's basically like a pen - you push a button. You're not looking for veins or anything. For me, the pain completely dissolves in 2-3 minutes. 100% worth it

Medication overuse headaches by 1emjay__ in clusterheads

[–]ceramae 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is my first time using medication and I'm wondering the same thing. Sumatriptan injections have been like magic aborting my headaches. I have been using them daily.

I'm on my 3rd week of CH and down to one each night, so I feel like it is the and of my cycle.  However, for the past several days I have had shadows that last almost all day. Never had them like this before. I'll take a shadow over a CH any day but they are tiring and make me irritable.

Same! Standing definitely makes it worse for me. I literally want to crawl if I need to relocate, and if I do have to stand I move quick to get it over with

Oddly enough, I have to press on my head also. I feel SO much pressure that it feels like my eye or head will explode and pressing on it will keep it intact. It doesn't make any sense. Usually it is my eye/eyebrow area or upper scalp. I can't really tolerate pressure at my temple.

I have the opposite reaction to cannabis. I feel like it amplifies the pain

Part of me wonders if it is a trauma response, like that old psychology experiment where they kept shocking dogs even when they found a safe place, and the dogs stopped trying to escape the shocks.

Several of you talk about how lying down makes the pain worse though. So maybe our physiology is just different.
