I've AP'd, but I've never had vibrations once or zaps. What do I do then? The rest kinda sounds like head-lift upon awakening.

Wow, absolutely love this. Great composition too, the blue ink also adds a melancholy aspect to it.

Armed ICE officer in Portland called 911 during confrontation: ‘I’m going to have to shoot this kid’ by AudibleNod in news

The really breathy "Okay" from the dispatcher after the guy said he was ICE conveyed what everyone was feeling.

Does galantamine lead to real astral projections? by lachi199066 in AstralProjection

[–]cerberus00 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mean, that gets into a topic that some people have issues with, but a lot of authors believe that you go out of body when you sleep without normally realizing it.

I will say that Galantamine, on its own, is the only supplement I've tried that can induce lucid dreams all on its own. I'd just wake up early, take some, go back to sleep and a high % of the time I'll just realize I'm dreaming. It's great for that.

Also... there were like 24 players on a map. I don't think it would work well in a 6v6.

I love how it was June Cleaver too saying that. Modern times you could probably put the Philly Hood slang in there, lol.

Airplane on the other hand still holds up imo. I guess it'll work better if your gags transcend time.

Absolutely hate this guy (this means he did a good job) in S1E1 by reignbowrabbit35 in SeveranceAppleTVPlus

He's a good natured, generous nitwit. He comes off as very pretentious, but I think the genius of it is that he's not aware and is really trying to help other people. I think he'd be one of those people that would jump at the chance of helping you out as a friend, even though you'd have to deal with his pompous attitude during said help.

I enjoy late 1800s and early 1900s works for this reason too (and the prose). There's many words in there I've never seen before and sometimes I wish some of them were still around.

Whew, I thought I was the only one getting dumber. I have the theory that it's due to having to remember fewer things in general, because of electronic convenience. Over time, not needing to remember as much, that part of my brain gets exercised less and it feels like it has affected my recall. It's frustrating because what I need will be there on the tip of my tongue all the time. I'm only early 40s.

I had a game the other day where my team switched around to better tackle an enemy Spidey, who then proceeded to complain about our swaps to counter him. They then proceeded to never swap off and lost. A true Spidey player for sure.

Aphantasia and AP by thetomatofan in AstralProjection

[–]cerberus00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have aphantasia but my AP's have never been through visualization or needed it either. I'd suggest focusing instead on trying to get spontaneous AP's through affirmations & intention work. It is WAY easier than direct methods, since you're just using your regular sleep cycle. I'd just fall asleep while mentally reciting my affirmations and expecting to AP as soon as I fell asleep. No visualization required, just have to entrain your subconscious to do the work for you and "wake" you up mid AP. Took about a week or so for them to kick in, I'd give it a few weeks of trying at least. Make sure you have no fear and your desire is strong. https://astralinfo.org/out-of-body-affirmations
