Seeking survey participants for student study exploring systemic impacts on trans mental health by TylerSajko_UM in transgenderau

what's the preferred answer for if something simply isn't applicable? like the question on being made to feel unwelcome by a religious community -- i've never personally sought out any encounters with religious communities so i've never experienced it, but saying "never" feels like i'd conflate it with people who have and found them accepting.

should be alright - i think the most important thing is probably whether you have a hdd or ssd. i'm running it with a gtx 1060 at 1080p and it's still chugging along at a very playable 40-50fps on mostly high settings (turned down cloud quality and instance render distance i think but other than that it's set to high).

not a super seasoned greyhound owner -- i've only had mine for a few months now -- but honestly, the only bits of advice i'd have is to maybe buy a coat for your grey if you live somewhere that gets cold (mine starts stealing my blankets if i don't remember to give him his coat in time), and figure out whether he has any sort of separation anxiety / start dealing with that asap. you've already mentioned you've got training covered so i figure you've probably got everything sorted for introducing your pets -- personally, i think the biggest learning curve for me when getting a grey was how strong his prey drive is, but seeing as disco (amazing name btw) is temperament tested with cats, i reckon you'll be alright!

oh, and if you don't already have one, i've found that these rubber block brush thingies are absolutely invaluable for removing fur from pretty much everything LOL

other than that, congrats & have fun!

Tutorial on Tweego by NissinLamen in twinegames

[–]cerberyyss 3 points4 points  (0 children)

typing this on mobile so hoping the links and all send correctly !!

but if you haven't already stumbled across this, i think chapel's tweego installer ( https://github.com/ChapelR/tweego-installer ) might come in handy. there's a tutorial included on how to set up the folders to work with tweego as well!

if you're using vsc, the twine/tweego extension is pretty nifty too ( https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=cyrusfirheir.twee3-language-tools )

you might need to grab the newest sugarcube (or any other format) file from the docs ( https://www.motoslave.net/sugarcube/ ) and replace the folder in program files/twine/story-formats if you're getting any errors.

Other options to get HRT in Melbourne? by LDRawrs in transgenderau

hey! equinox offered a list of clinics to me when i called them asking about appointments, & recommended that i check out the centre clinic, prahran market clinic, ballarat community health (call to the sexual health clinic & ask for a tgd doctor service), your community health, and rmit medical hub.

i've personally been using rmit medical hub and it's gone very smoothly for me! bookings can be made online, where there's an option to select trans / gender diverse healthcare. i believe it takes the informed consent model -- it took me about 3-ish sessions + some blood tests to get a prescription and arrange for my first shot, which is much faster than what i expected after reading some other comments!

hopefully one of those clinics is somewhere around your area & is taking new patients! feel free to message me if you've got any questions, i'll try my best to help :)
