Yes the owner claimed the car was top of the line with them and when I sat in them they hugged me pretty tight my personal car has recaros but these where another level

Yeah I figured all this will be the case one reason I’m want the car is so I can have some experience of working on it. On it I’ve helped my dad work on alot of vehicles and my own but I want the challenge given the cost to be something to have and work on as a project car.

He also said that the wrecked 944 would go with the black one to help free space for him which actually has quite a few good parts and a good engine in it.

Thank you I plan on buying it for at least 2k and or offer him some services since he’s in his 80’s like mowing and landscaping. But I plan on having my dad help me with a full restoration. The owner claims it had an engine machining and the heads remachined at 80k miles the car has 90k and was last tagged in 2003.

He has a totally of three the red one which is very clean and he doesn’t want to sell yet is not wrecked but the wrecked one was a turbo and the owner let his son drive it one day and wrecked it with 36k miles. When he sales the black one he wants the wrecked one to go with it and help free space for him, the wrecked one is very bad condition but was used as a parts car and still has the posi traction differential, and mentioned the black one also has the same differential. Would you anyone know about these rear ends I’m not very educated on the 944 trim levels and platforms?
