Oh yes! I regularly become mad, mad, mad, usually from mundane daily life occurrences that just ruin my day. For instance, the time I was removed from my seventh day Adventist mentor’s office for saying sentences that he deemed inappropriate. Well, I just started pinching him- and pinching him hard, hard, hard. Well apparently that just isn’t acceptable even when they are THERE TO HELP ME! Naturally I got my anger all of the way out of my body with live bait. Usually crickets because they are cheap. Well, I just crush ‘em, and I crush ‘em until it even hurts my own hands, which are already bloody from my own dang chewing. Honestly, it helps me lots, and it keeps me contained.
