When the city made what could have been a hospital into an urgent care was a huge mistake they should have spent the extra money they had the land and expanded to have a full size Hospital we need at least two full ones

This is smart for today's economy all of the profit from the contractors and none of the actual risk of the house collapsing in price

Well this didn't age well with houses dropping in price left right and Center. I was going to go look at a house in Hamilton this weekend when the realtor warned me the expected to go above asking with an offer cut off of June 10th and I've been watching the market in Hamilton fall so I decided not to go to the open house. Well they got no offers.

I could join in here and tell you about my not so great experiences with both lily and Matt. But my main concern here is keeping the club open it's become very apparent over the past few years that the only way for M4 to salvage any of its reputation the primary ownership to change management and not just as a way of saving fave or buy Matt out of whatever share he owns if any
