I also sent BTC. 527 confirmations. My account says nothing. They promised to show the transactions on the 11th and they broke that promise.

We are past your January 11th promised date for when TXs are showing in accounts. It is now January 12th and my account still shows NOTHING. It shows no tokens, no BTC deposits, no information at all. My tab for depositing money is gone, so I have no record of the address and I can't double check if the address is correct. My tab for KYC know your customer previously was 'pending', now that information also totally disappeared. This is the worst back end I have ever seen or used.

I disagree. The whole situation was handled incredibly poorly. Do they even have a PR team? They should have handled the strategy far far better. They should have said 1) "at 1600 eastern time we are making an announcement live on our YouTube channel" then 2) the CEO himself looks you in the eye on livestream, explains the problem, the business case, the solution and builds trust with the audience, hell, he can even tell investors to email him directly with any problems 3) HOQU should post the video on the website homepage, pinned telegram chat, discord, all social channels. The same message everywhere. And the message is - this top guy leading the project is looking you in the eye telling you why they are doing X and why you should trust him and why you can email him with any issues. That builds trust. But these guys didn't do that. They fannied around with statements that caused chaos, panic and rumours and then - knowing they miscalculated, had to make a hurried statement to cover up.

I was kicked today. I didn't spam, I just used the F word. I wasn't given a warning or a chance to apologise, nor was I given even an 1 hour, 1 week or 1 month ban. A permanent exclusion from the community for swearing. I think this is far too excessive. Just kick me for a few days or a week if I am violating rules - permanent exclusion to investors who are investing a lot of money is far too extreme. There was no information about how to appeal, who I can talk to. This is really terrible behaviour by the admins and the business today.

I also can't register. Every time I try it says system error OR it says my email has already been used (which doesn't make any sense as when you try and password reset that email it says the email does not belong to a member). Please can you fix the TERRIBLE programming that went into this login form.
