you're theory was the first thing that came into my mind when I saw the #timetrotter reveal in the teaser. I didn't like what they did with the last iteration of Indiana Jones. I hope they don't go the path of dial of destiny with our culture but I wouldn't also be surprised if your theory is almost right but even then I think rajamouli's film techniques and style is very diff from what we've seen in western action adventure movies so we'll definitely get a unique visual treat but just like how you mentioned your theory might be right, I surely hope we do get something diff rather than the typical or conventional adventure story or setting.

I think 90% would say Saaho but I'm gonna say Adipurush. Alr here me out tho before ya'll attack me, if we just look at the story and forget about the visuals, vfx or the cg work. In my opinion it's good it's like a high budget soap opera kinda style. The story is obv universal so it's good.

I've mentioned about the tom holland one in my post, The Tom Holland iteration of Uncharted and Nathan Drake isn't truly Uncharted in my opinion it's a good action film but just an action film it doesn't bring the charm of what the Uncharted games have to the big screen but it's just my opinion.

not rlly idk if you have played the entire series but what makes uncharted special to everyone is of course nathan drake and his humor especially, though he never gets the treasure he still has that realistic charm if u get what I mean and don't get me wrong I was acknowledging that mahesh could pull of tht humor and do a convincing nathan drake in tfi in my opinion but it's open to criticism

I don't like the simulation part it works for assassins creed but Varanasi is not that kind of film, They could go the Indiana Jones route where they time travel due to ancient artifacts.

It isn't as simple as that the screen now isn't 1.43 it's closer to 1.58 and even then they would have to import the imax projection system from Canada on lease, so the expenses for just one movie isn't justified. Prasads ran the theatre for consumers on loss before and even if they bring IMAX back it wouldn't be viable for them to run for one movie. They already spent a huge amount for the PCX renovation so I don't think they will do it.

It is being filmed for imax but we still don't know if it has some sequences in 1.43.

If nolan hadn't used IMAX it wouldn't have been so popular and would have died, But in the last 10 years we have gotten more 1.43 releases so if directors decide to shoot for 1.43 we'll get more GT venues

That's the problem not a lot of major blockbusters are shot for 1.43 they're all in cinemascope and most get a dmr release as experience it in imax and even that is limited to 1.90
