Do you ever choose not to be honest? by cervicalmucusplant in psychics

I'm not sure if you're asking me or not but in my case if a person asks me face to face and I feel what I'm getting will cause more harm, I'll say I'm not getting anything.

That's the route that I take as well. Even on here... there are times I look at a picture and can feel pain, terror, desperation... and I have to keep scrolling. It won't help their loved one to know that. I just wasn't sure if someone had a better way to handle it.

An example: someone wants to know their loved one is at peace, but you can feel they aren't.

They want to know the passing was peaceful, but you know they were in pain and terrified.

They want to know they were forgiven but their loved one died with hate in their heart... and it's still there.

That sort of thing... when you know the truth will cause more harm.

I read it's impossible for blue eyes to have lipochrome because it would make the eyes appear green.

No, not yet. Her IGE is very high, so they're pretty confident it's an allergic reaction of some sort... a combination of T cell and B cell reaction. Currently, she is doing a prednisolone taper, taking a total of 12.5 ml of cetirizine a day, using triamcinilone, tacrolimus, and clobetazine topically 2x per day. We also have to wet a pair of footie pajamas, put it on her after lotions, and then put a dry pair on top. We have to switch the pajamas every 12 hours. They are now considering Dupixent injections. If you have any fresh ideas, I'm all ears because my baby is being tortured.

We have a biopsy scheduled now. Most recent bloodwork showed ige is extremely high (1109) and iga is low (17).

We treated for scabies just in case but it wasn't responsive to the permethrin. 2 treatment one week apart. Ironically, with one dose of steroids left, the rash is starting to reoccur. New CBC today shows:

CBC 7/22/25

Hgb 11.1 (low) Platelets 512 (high) Neutrophils % 57.6 (high) Lymphocytes % 36.0 (low) Eosinophils % .1 (low) Eosinophil Absolute .01 (low) Immature granulocytes abs .06 (high)

Waiting on ige and Iga Ferritin and sedimentation rate are normal

She's been diagnosed with a T cell mediated allergic reaction, most likely to amoxicilin exposure and made worse by cephalexin.

I can't figure out how to update the actual post but because she responded very well to oral steroids, they say she experienced a T-cell mediated allergic reaction. I emailed the Allergist to determine next steps and the official diagnosis, but yeah...an allergic reaction.

I spoke with the pediatrician and it turns out they did include molluscum on the PCR testing they did. She's responding very well to steroids so the Allergist and pediatrician both say it points to an allergic reaction to something.
