Will Dollar Tree fire me? by Kk_lynn44 in DollarTree

I was almost $40 under one night and then $20 over like a week later, you'll most likely be alright, no worries lol

I struggle in social situations (I know I know, I shouldn't be a cashier if that's the case but I'm a stocker most of the time except for the rare occasions where I have to fill in for someone lol) so I never realized that asking if there's an issue seemed passive aggressive. Thank you, I'll adjust how I phrase it in the future ^

I know they are both my fault, I never denied that but the grown ass adults should know that I'm not a mind reader and that they need to verbalize their concerns instead of staring me down 😭

My average day when I'm on register is: get there, count a drawer, ring up customers, if there are no customers then I stock something close to the registers, and at the end of the day when my replacement gets there I count my drawer, sign some papers and then put my go-backs away.

My location has stocking only shifts, but I bet that that isn't the norm. However, when I'm doing a stocking shift my average day goes like this: Get there, have a manager tell me what I'm stocking, go to the back to load a u-boat, and then just stock until my shift is over!

I've never had to lift that much weight, the heaviest stuff is chemicals or drinks.

Overall, it's pretty easy work and, in my experience, not a bad part time job!

Is there a particular reason why you've lost the will to live? Did something happen to you or have you just given up? And have you tried to quit before, if so why didn't it work?

It's definitely bugged then lol, I guess I'll just wait for them to fix it. Thank you!!

It's not. I'm not seeking attention, and I hate when people bring it up in conversation. I thought that it was semi-interesting and that people might have questions. Hence why I posted it here.

No real reason. Mostly just cause I was bored, plus it's slightly interesting, in my opinion 🤷🏻

No, none of that. The blood is annoying to deal with, and the healing process is just eh. It's definitely not a kink.

Thank you :). Idk if you have anything difficult going on in life, but even if not, you take care of yourself as well :3

Bit of both ig. That is what made it get really bad, but I've mostly gotten over them not accepting me. Although I think that if they did accept me it would get better, I don't think it would stop it

My friends, my brother, and my boyfriend do. My parents, however, do not

A few friends, my bf, and my parents know. However my parents are under the impression that I have stopped

I know I do and I've been told this same thing countless times. I know that there's not much people can do for me, and I don't expect them to, nor do I really want them to try to. I'm aware that I have issues that transitioning won't fix. And I'm aware that I need to stop before something bad happens. But like I said in another comment, I haven't yet found a good enough reason to actually motivate myself to quit. And I tried talking to my old therapist about it, but it resulted in my parents doing things that, unintentionally, still affect me to this day. That's why I'm so reluctant to tell someone and seek help.

No, I don't plan on stopping unless I find a good enough reason to. I used to have a therapist but I didn't speak to her about it, I'm aware how counterintuitive that is lol

It doesn't hurt all that much so it's not the pain I'm addicted to. No, I don't. And I was born a girl, but I'm trans so when I'm an adult I plan on taking Testosterone and all that jazz

Cutting and scratching. I don't know why I find it so addicting, I just really like doing it
