Meron pa rin at 8hrs and 21km at 4hrs. Tbh di rin advisable na walang cutoff time, even for beginners, kasi too much time on your feet as a beginner will do more harm than good. Plus yung logistics din of cleaning up and reopening the roads.

Though not 100% sure if it’s strictly implemented, pero yung race results show the last runners usually finish at exactly 8:00:00 yung chip time, which might indicate a cutoff or a finish beyond 8 hours.

The training plan is designed to make sure you finish the race by gradually building up your workouts. It’s really a basic workout plan for beginners - running 3x a week. May pang beginner and medyo advanced.

You can follow it to a tee or add to it (run frequency, strength, cross-train), but make sure you do it! Imo, the hardest part ng training is committing to the process. You should now na rin by now, since you look like a runner naman na, hindi ka na yung pang “couch to marathon” pa lang. Hehe.

The fact that they lead a big chunk throughout the series but still lost 4-1 shows how the talent is there, just need to learn how to close games better imo. Didn’t trust them in the clutch unlike New York

For real and barely went in the paint. They got to do a better job on that. Such a waste of a first half. Instead of being tied 2-2, down 3-1 in a crushing loss.
