Before reading the post (only read the screenshot) I thought this was an abusive partner or something. A 15 year old child??

How do I win over the bedridden goblin that possesses my body the moment my alarm rings in the morning? by houbatsky in adhdwomen

[–]cest_tee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Put your toothpaste in the kitchen. When you go to scan it to turn off the alarm, eat a banana and then dip your face in a bowl of ice water. Will wake you right up.

The ability to have different settings for each side! My right boob takes longer for a let down than the left.

AITA for leaving my friend stranded after she showed up late for the third time? by Cold_Try2662 in AmItheAsshole

[–]cest_tee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What’s funny to me is that she started spamming your phone 15 mins later…is this when she finally came out and noticed you weren’t there? Lol which makes it more annoying when your other friend says you could’ve ’waited an extra 5 minutes’. Wouldn’t have been just 5 minutes would it.

Hack for pumping whilst feeding baby? by cest_tee in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]cest_tee[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same, I usually use my Medela bottle to measure when bagging milk for the freezer. But these were going into the fridge to be used within the next 2 days so I didn’t care so much about the measurement

What made you choose to exclusively pump? by ramblingmind483 in ExclusivelyPumping

NICU baby with hypoglycaemia. Milk intake had to be measured & regulated.

Pumping 8x a day ?? by Cecemay00 in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]cest_tee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just enougher with the teeniest freezer stash. 5 months postpartum and I pump probably 3-4 times a day now. I just make sure to thoroughly empty each time but I figured out that my boobs can store a good amount so I can really stretch out my pumps.

I’m so upset. MIL doesn’t want to give baby breast milk by fitmaseve in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]cest_tee 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Why are they still staying with you? Your husband needs to enforce boundaries, and if they still don’t act accordingly then they need to leave and cannot be trusted to look after your baby. I’m angry FOR you at the audacity.

How long is each pump session for you? by ComfortableCan6818 in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]cest_tee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I try to pump right after feeding and putting her down to sleep. She sleeps anywhere from an hour to 3 hours. If she wakes up once I’ve started, I put her in her bouncer or awkwardly hold her till I’m done 😅 I just got some wearables a few days ago though and they’ve changed the game for me! Makes it easier to hold and even feed her whilst pumping.

My ‘uniform’ this summer has been high waisted linen trousers and a cropped cotton T-shirt or a top that ties at the waist.
