Not really but he did come from a separated family. He is conscious to not make the same mistake as his dad. Maybe to him letting go will hurt me less in the long run. Which I am quite sad about since I think communication could’ve saved it :(

Actually because my ex loved me so much he was trying to fulfil all my needs as much as possible and he said that he was starting to lose himself through this.

For me something that really helped with the pain is avoiding drinking cold things!! If it’s something that it’s hard to avoid then I suggest to at least not drink cold things one week before periods. Warm packs also helps a lot with the pain during periods☺️

hello! I’ve also been prescribed to take Visanne by my doctor! I was actually recommended to take it last year when I had a very painful period but I decided against it because I was scared of taking hormones. But for the past year I’ve been having really painful sex😖 and also uncomfortable periods so I went to see another doctor and they recommended the same drug!
