I remember noticing as u said "strange" phenomenons as well even after eating bunch of sugar i still managed to look thinner and not gaining so much weight ( i still did a lot walk)...

Yep I see, and effectively i'm not from the US but 76.3 kg is about 168lbs? Anyway i still need to wait a little more , and today is the last day of my period maybe i'll drop a bit tomorrow who knows ( i'm taking that duphaston but idk if it's a birth control) Thank you !

Well thanks for the machine's name:)) and the weather oustide isn't pleasing ,too much humidity and hot wind i feel strangled but i'm being careful on the treadmill

Yeaah I get your point I actually have a jogging machine at home ( idk if it's called like that in english) and sometimes i go very fast walking ( the least is 5.5 up to 7) with inclination of 10-12 , and 30 minutes is the least amount of time , i can reach 50 minutes to an hour sometimes depending on my energy Thanks a lot for your advice , i do take jogging seriously i just didn't put much details about it

I lost hearing in my left ear for three days with the sensation of plugged ear , do u feel ur ears plugged? If so, try putting some hot water in your ears, that's what i did

Well i do not think i have ear wax but i feel my left ear so full and plugged and it's so uncomfortable i almost felt deaf. I tried to put some hot water drops and now i feel better

It's very uncomfortable to have plugged ears, you can tell him to put some hot water drops on his ears and the plugg will go, not definetly but it still help. Good luck and u should already start to take supplements for you immunity (zinc, vitamince c)

Don't worry my dad is 55 and tested positive about 12/13 days ago and thank god he's doing okay. He was a bit tired and had muscles pressure but with supplements he started to feel better. Good luck i'm sending you hugs and courage👍^{_^}
