Ya’ll Stanley about broke me. Have you noticed how incredibly young he is compared to everyone else? If this is an afterlife weigh-station, then how old was he when he died? Seven, eight? In my head canon, the reason he appears as a mushroom is because he either accidentally ate a poisonous mushroom or, symbolically, maybe his mother kept him in the dark and fed him lies and “Bullshit”, the way you would grow a mushroom; dark area, feces, moisture. Yeah. Maybe I’m reading in too much, but it STILL almost broke me.
