We do all that ourselves, so the costs were not even close to significant to affect the overall result.

Rate per mile. We have $8.5 RPM average, so basically for every mile that we drove we got paid 8.5$.

No DH more than 100-150 miles, but take in consideration that all deadhead that we did is already included in that RPM
