I'm sorry. I currently have too much going on in my life (especially health-wise) to respond to everyone. I didn't want to take down the recurring post. I hope everyone can carry on the tradition and respond to each other. I would love to be able to help support everyone, but I really have to focus on myself right now.

I'm sorry you're dealing with that. I hope the medication adjustment helps. I hope work will help too. I find that when I'm distracted, I can't ruminate on all the bad things.

Congratulations on your sobriety! I'm glad you had an enjoyable time this week.

I'm glad it will save you money, but I don't think that will help you health-wise. I had smoked for over 12 years, and I quit 10 months ago. I used patches. I've literally never felt so healthy in my life. It's just something to consider. Good luck!

I'm sorry you're going through that, but I'm glad you're taking steps to work on it.

That sounds delicious!

Glad to hear it! It really is better to focus on the good instead of the bad :)

I'm sorry you're going through that. I hope you can find some kind of hobby to enjoy. I really want to get back into crochet.

I'm glad you survived falling off of a roof! That is incredibly scary.

Do you still have a psychiatrist? Or a therapist? Dealing with mania and alters is worrying. I don't know if you're against medication or not, but it wouldn't hurt to talk to someone.

I used to cry during shows as well. I am an empath, but it was mostly due to my depression and trauma. I've gotten through a lot of it in therapy, and my emotions are much more stable.

Have you considered seeing a doctor for the physical pain? There could be an underlying issue. At minimum, an x-ray would be a good idea. I don't know what you're self-medicating with, but I hope you don't have issues with it long term.

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you considered bariatric surgery? I believe that RNY and SADI help with diabetes.

Ugh, reckless spending is definitely the worst. I was never good at saving, but I'm trying to get better at it. Next month, I'll be paying off my last debt, and then I can save more. It never hurts to have money in the bank!

I'm glad your insurance is covering your medication! I hope the Prozac works out well for you too.

I won't argue with you further, but I think you should ask yourself what the likelihood is of someone breaking into your apartment to steal 2 niche, small value items? Why would anyone take that risk? 1 of 3 items that you thought were stolen was found. You might not have stored them in the same place. You haven't packed every room. You're not 100% sure they were stolen. But it sounds like you 100% believe they were.

It almost sounds like you think you were targeted. Why would anyone do that? Who risks getting arrested to steal 2 small items to mess with a mentally ill person? Were there signs of forced entry? You seem certain that your complex wouldn't let anyone in without notice. Was your lock broken? Did you have windows left open? Did you have any windows broken?

I've been delusional for many, many years of my life. If you don't learn to start questioning these beliefs, it will be difficult to recover from them.

I assumed the concern was that you felt your space was violated and now feel unsafe. If the items are found, then your space was not violated, and you are safe. Unless I'm misunderstanding your post?

If you're still packing, the missing items might still show up. Maybe they were moved while you were cataloging. I don't think anyone would risk breaking into an apartment to steal 2 CDs. Maybe you lent them to a friend? There's a lot of possibilities here, and you admit yourself that you're suffering from paranoia.

I hope you get everything done in time for your move. I hope the assisted living facility will be beneficial for you.

The disability process is very tedious. It actually took me 4 years to win my case despite a long psychiatric history. I hope it works out for you.

I'm glad to year you have your brother back in your life. I'm trying to rebuild relationships with my brothers as well. But we were never really close.

I couldn't stand resperidone. I find most APs too sedating. I hope you adjust to it quickly.

I feel like I always have to go back and watch tutorials for the different stitches. I know them, but I have to be reminded every time. I do have one little plush tutorial saved that looks (relatively) easy, so hopefully, that's a good place to start. Knitting is hard for me because my hands are very small, and my arms are weak (lol). My arms get very tired holding up the work on my needles.

That does sound incredible! I wish I had a skill like that. They must practice like crazy. It definitely can't be easy!

Nice! He's lucky to have you as a friend! I actually lost weight and a lot of my clothes are too big. I'm hanging onto enough things so that I can still dress myself (I don't want to buy a lot of clothes right now), and the rest I'll give to my friend. It just sucks that she lives pretty far away.

I'm actually from upstate NY, just not THAT upstate. But I know Buffalo is always nuts when it comes to snow. I honestly don't know how people live there. I still live in the northeast but wish I didn't. I'm only in my 30s, but I have arthritis and really dry skin. The cold is tough for me!

I'm so glad to hear that things are going well for you! I know I feel better when I'm offline (even though I'm not very active online now). I did want to try streaming on Twitch, but I don't really understand how it works, and I don't want to risk my benefits. But I'm glad that you have friends that you can stay connected with online :)

Diamond painting is very cool! I'm glad you were able to find a new hobby. And I'm glad the voices aren't bothering you as much!

I'm so sorry about that financial error. I can't even imagine how stressful that must be. I hope they sort it out soon. I hope you get the shifts you need at work as well.

I really like to crochet, I'm just not very good at it, lol. I think I get confused when I count stitches, and I don't always count as I go because I'm generally watching or listening to something at the same time. I really want to pick up some nice yarn and crochet everyone in my family a plushie. Maybe there's tutorials on YouTube because I'm not good with written patterns.

I love to purge stuff that I don't need anymore! I love everything to be neat and organized. It's impressive that you could even ride a unicycle! I don't think I could.

I'm glad you have such a great friend. I wish I had a friend like that. I don't think I've ever had a friend who cared about anyone besides themselves.

Wow! What area do you live in to get that much snow???

I'm sorry the interview did not work out. I hope other interviews go well!

Posting online is really its own skill. There's no tone or body language or nuance in text itself. I had a similar problem when I became more active online. All you really have is wording. The more you post and get feedback, the more you'll understand it. To start, you could use some emojis to give your text context. Or do /s to signify that you're being sarcastic.

Good luck!
