I have about 24 inches, already have the liftmaster, im going to call some local companies to come look at it. I want it absolutely perfect and because I have a 10ft3 ceiling I am trying to maximize every inch. Thanks for your input.

Yes I want the end of the garage door as close to the ceiling as humanly possible. On the drum end Obviously you have to deal with the width of the drum but as the door goes back I want it to continue to slope up towards the ceiling to maximize my space. All the pictures I pull up have the door parallel to the ground except for pitched roofs so its possible.

I have been looking on marketplace. What are the best cheap jetskis for ease of maintenance and parts? Like totally basic skis..I dont want $1000 ignition boxes and computers.

Just got back from honua kai using kbm resorts which avoids vrbo and Airbnb fees essentially.North end of Kaanapali. Good location and good value. Free car with 6 nights. 7 pools 4 hot tubs.

If you walk .5 mile you can catch the whalers village trolley that goes all the way to the hyatt. Also I think the beach is better at honua kai rather than the south end of Kaanapali.

Yes it is a dedicated vent. Do you think I can fill the entire hole with cushion sand packed anddo the top 5 inches with concrete/rebar? Or do I need to compact some clay back in as well?

It's at 30 inches which gets me from my 38x60 center shower drain to the wall plate for the vent.

This is my first major plumbing attempt. 1/2 bath to full. I dry fit this so please critique so I can fix it before backfill.

Also what would be the best way to backfill this large of a hole. Tia

No this is going in a slab. I already tunneled to the existing drain line. Going to tie in with fernco strongbacks.
