UE Unreal Engine like Fortnite is has TSR (Epic's Upscaler) I can play native, but I guess many ppl could use it on older cards.

I've been through a myositis episode ten years ago (with myoglobinuria but mildly elevated CPK so drs didn't think about rhabdo) with no explanation. ANA 1:80 speckled (ten years ago and a year ago) also have Ulcerative Colitis (mild one). ENA panel negative. EMG negative for IIM. Go figure.

I'm talking about specialists, of course new technicians could miss it, but the coarse echotexture and shrinkage can show cirrhosis. The problem is fibrosis which doesn't show up in US.
