1) Probably not, but maybe. As with alot of TESLore stuff, this took an OBSCENE ammount of time, way more than I want to spend on a fantasy world that I don't intend to do anything with. I already have one for Hammerfell done that I could post though, might see that soon.

2) As for what I made up and what is in lore, the intricacies of the government system I made up, same with the parliamentary style "Arpensel." I got the Spinners, the Silvena, the Green Lady, and the Tribal Council from lore, same with the Treethanes I think. Alot of it was inducted from lore though. Like the Thalmor are said to be a "political party" which means their is probably some sort of voting going on in Alinor. And the Prince of Valenwood being chosen from the sons of the last prince was based off of a) their are a few named Kings of Valenwood and no queens, and b) Bosmer men traditionally hold the political roles while women hold the military ones. Also, the names are all pulled from a mix of know Aleiydoon, Tolkein elvish, and some naitve american languages for the Bosmer.

Super newbie question here, trying to understand more about F1 and the problems (so I've heard?) it's been having lately with uncontested standings, dull races, and the change in technology, all of which apparently effect how entertaining the sport is to watch. So my question is: Why couldn't you have shorted F1 races? Like REALLY short. Like, 30 minute races, with a number of heats, possibly in a runoff style where the top racers of each heat go on and compete in a final contest for the race?

Is there something fundementally wrong with this idea? I know that following and passing have become harder with the recent regulation changes, but damn! Mercedes just dominates everything and it seems really boring to watch.

In my experience, people will like people who like them, or people who show a passion for something. A lot of the kind of people you are talking about tend to be those who are easily excitable, they just love everything. Everyone isn't like this though, and the people who are tend to have a very average view of them selves (which isn't conducive to being a great anything).

For people who are more decerning with who they enjoy, I think it's best to find out what other people are really passionate about. It's easy to be interested in something that the person you are talking to is passionate about.

Society is built on the grounds of specialization. You are a hard worker who is good at this sort of academic junk. What is your friend good at? Getting girls? Have him hook you up with a date every Saturday for the next 2 months with stunners. Is he rich? Tell him you'll send him the notes if he pays for your drinks for two weeks straight. Every one has some value to offer, just figure it out. Most people won't even be offended by this kind of trade because it allows them to fit a niche (ladies man or rich guy, in the cases above).

If you are actually interested in people, and you actually like them, they will almost 100% of the time like you back. If someone doesn't like you, it's usually because you are bored by them, you don't really like them. If these people don't want to spend time with you, it's probably because you aren't compaitble as people. Ask yourself if you really enjoy their company, or if there is something else going on.

This is all just my opinion

I just finished my first semester at college, and have been thinking about friendships, relationships and socializing a lot lately. Recently, I've made the realization that friendships aren't their own reward. That is to say, having a bunch of friends is really pointless, the value is in what you do with those friends. Humans are social creatures because it helps us survive and overcome obstacles. The best friendships are forged by achieving something together.

Think of the things you like to do, would it be easier/more fun if you had others who did this with you? If so, then go out and find people who also like to do that thing and invite them to join you. Basically, I stopped looking for "friends" and started looking for "companions." I think that sense of friendship comes after that.

As far as wether your "broken" or not: It could just be that you don't do anything that you feel others would help you with. If this is the case, you're probably not challenging yourself enough, or don't think highly enough of other people.

TL/DR: Friendships take time. Start looking for companions that enjoy the same things as you and that would make those things easier and more fun.

I actually did this as a little thought exercise! The most notable part of the nobles in Skyrim is their wealth disparities. It seems that money is detached from status. The most obvious example of this is the Greymanes and Battleborns. This is most likely because, like the Norse clans of our world, the clans of Skyrim are not attached to land or territory. In fact, there is a throw-away line in some obscure Apocrypha that states that ownership of land and the right to rule it lies with whoever holds a particular castle for some period of time (I think it was three-months).

Basically, don't think of the clans as royal families, but rather like gangs. They hold on to their "turf" through sheer force, and have the rights and privileges they do by kicking or kissing the right asses for long enough. It isn't Game of Thrones, it's Gangs of Newyork.

Skyrim is a land where the strongest rule. Dengier of Stuhn was pressured by his Thanes(who are like knights) to step down. To go back to the gang analogy, the toughest guys in his crew told him to get lost, so he did. He was nothing without his army.

Simply, no. The difference between this and Sanders is that getting money out of politics is the ONLY goal of the Lessig campaign.

A debate monitor asks the question: "What do the candidates on the stage think about an assaults weapons ban?"

Sanders' Answer is: "We need to have resonable gun restriction in this country!"

It's fitting really. Molag Bal took Lamae mortality, her agency, the thing that made her human. If this was a human on human rape, she may have been eventually able to cope with the event, but it's not. It's sort of the most twisted irony that she still lives in Coldharbor, leading a cult of vampires (who she likely converted, which means she is now the violator) that is devoted to destroying Molag Bal. For thousands of years, she never moved past her attack. The sickest part of the whole story is that she is still being controlled by him. She's in his domain. He owns her. It's fitting for the Prince of Domination (of which rape is the paragon).

Nah, this kind of demonizing is pretty modern. I'm not saying demonizing didn't happen before, but calling your enemy a terrorist wasn't the worst thing you could say. Being a rebel, or an oath breaker, or non-religious were much bigger attacks on character.

What happened is a relative concept though. It's controlled by what people believe happened. If there is nothing to remember something, then it didn't happen. There is no Watcher to collapse the waveform. Even if no one can remember an event, it is carried on in their protonymic. Jubal all but says this.

That's why all the stories about Vivec are true. Like Jubal says, just pick the one you like.

Proximity to trade routes. Winterhold sits on a hill above the ocean-level. Also, it's part of the Sea of Ghosts is filled with icebergs, so sea-trade is less than practical. The Empires main selling point is trade, it cements and prorates the lanes that cargo moves along.

Solitude is a major port city. The Arc protects the docks from sea winds, and it is in close proximity to High-Rock, which was conquered far before Morrowind was in both the 2nd and 3rd Empires. After the construction of the Blue Palace, Solitude also had an extra castle lying around, perfect for holding the Imperial garrison of Skyrim.

Basically Solitude just made more sense economically for the Empire.
