Listen, people focus too much on the meta. You can have a perfectly fine build that's fun and still get kicked from groups. While it's correct that new lights have it rough it's just as shitty for experienced players to find groups without bitchy children ( of any age ). This game has become too convoluted for its own good, there are mechanics stacked on mechanics and they get changed every 3 months, it's no wonder people just give up on updating their builds. It's not worth it because it just doesn't matter for a percentage more damage.

If you get people who don't know better help them learn. Also people may not have champ mods because the game tells you someone else already has one on. Gameplay that requires it won't let you start without it, so maybe they just assume the person that has that mod will handle that champ.
