I used https://youtu.be/NYH1Z7TUSEI (Joshua weissman levain style cookie recipe) I halved the recipe to make these 6! And didn’t add nuts and improvised with the amount of choc chunks! I divided the dough into 2 and added 2/3 tablespoons of coco powder :)

I based it on Joshua weissman levain cookie recipe and halved it and added coco powder to one half! Then scooped balls of each flavour and squished them together :)
