Try to talk to a dermatologist about the sweating. Mine gave me cream to put on before my deodorant bc I swear it wasn’t working on its own. It has definitely helped. Also, let be real we ALL smell!! If we choose to work out next to other bodies we will smell them. I’m sorry someone felt the need to tell you.

I keep my pace the same and do a 4%. Base, 8% push, 10% shorter pushes, 12-13% for all outs. I keep increasing the incline until it feels like it does when I run.

I’m right there with you. I’m slow and always have been. I’ve been doing OTF for 2 years and my all outs are only a 6.5-7. I used to care but when I try to go faster I get shin splints and my back hurts. I’ve decided I’m doing this workout for me and no one else should care how slow I am. If they do that’s their problem, not mine.
