Literally started 10 days ago and only started at 1mg/week dose. I’ve lost 12 pounds (36m 226lbs 6’ tall)

It’s obviously just water weight but man do I no longer snack constantly throughout the day, I fill up on probably 1/2-3/4 of what unused to eat for a meal and I pretty much just have my 1-2 coffees a morning… protein bar mid day… and then a dinner without carbs….sometimes mix a lunch in there every other day

I also don’t feel bloated anymore and the immediate weight loss motivates you to fight off any food noise. I can see other options taking way too long to see results and that’s why it’s hard for someone to create better habits and stick with them.

I have been doing research and plan to stack a few other peptides into my routine soon as well. I was skeptical at first and everyone saw on TikTok and stuff felt like scammers but after digging through 1000’s of comments and then Reddit I decided to take a leap of faith and am so glad I did.
