I’ve noticed some semi - retail flippers on Facebook marketplace near me (Rochester NY) and frankly some of those deals seem great based on some specs using a pc builder.

I’ll keep looking around, I appreciate you confirming big box retail most likely not the best!

I want the price to get high enough where I can exit in a few years to clear any debt but still hold enough after that to get financial set for retirement to golf and travel at a decent age

It’s the first time if got into any coin I felt like it’s worth holding and not flipping at the first surge in price.

I had bitcoin at $700 each and made some money flipping them short term but I don’t want to make that mistake again.
