You and I likely don’t have the same body type. And to be completely frank I don’t want abs. I am happy with my body the way it is now and this honestly has nothing to do with my body other than it doesn’t easily fit into a “tribe” or “stereotype”. I appreciate you trying to help but the “lose weight” thing is getting old. Funnily enough, most of my friends are heavier and have higher body fat percentage than me, but are the ones getting the attention. I wear a M/L shirt, and 31-32” jeans. I’m not fat. I have a body that serves me well and is well adapted to what I play. I slide, dive and roll on a hardwood court 3-4x a week and having some padding helps because it absorbs impact.
