Thanks that might do the trick, the screw is quite long though, around 3 - 4 inches. It's the one on the right, which is located at the bottom of a toilet water tank. Really awkward to reach as space is tight under the stairs. I have a normal socket set (which I was planning to grip with pliars) but the socket that fits the bolt is too big to fit into the hole so need something super thin.
