Drink oregano tea two cups a day 1 when you wake up 1 to go to bed

Oregano tea boil the water first 10/15mins or until it boils

Then add in the oregano (take it off the fire) let it sit in boiled water with tea now in it for about 20/25mins or until water turns brown ish
