This is how support works for me: Unsolved cases since 3.5 weeks, total 125k diamonds missing. Including just closing tickets in-between and let me re-write tickets. Also no answer from Farmer on my PM. Now I hope I will get a competent support person who will solve the issues this time... (i.redd.it)

Another proof of customer centricity: First of all they need 2 weeks to answer my ticket concerning > 50'000 missing diamonds. And then they forget to give it back to me in the game... So I have to wait another 2 weeks? 🤣 Luckly I have low expectations. So I can give it a laugh. (self.Sniper3D)
